Using Jerry's list as a starting point before adding on:

Black Mamba, Phantasialand
Boulder Dash, Lake Compounce
Cyclone, Astroland
Dragon Coaster, Rye Playland
Firehawk, Kings Island
Flight Deck, Kings Island
Goliath, Six Flags Magic Mountain
Katun. Mirabilandia
Raven, Holiday World
Revolution, Six Flags Magic Mountain
Rolling Thunder, Six Flags Great Adventure
Scream, Six Flags Magic Mountain
Shockwave, Kings Dominion
Bizarro, Six Flags New England
Timber Wolf, Worlds of Fun
Twister, Lightwater Valley
Magnum Force, Flamingoland
Space Invader, Blackpool
Tomahawk, Port Aventura
Atlantis Adventure, Lotte World
Maihime, Tokyo Dome
Nemesis, Alton Towers *

*Opening year, possibly the year after, there was definitely a heart attack death, though I think it was later in the day rather than a "dead in the station", so it might not be countable for that reason. I remember it because it happened very soon after I'd just ridden it and it was quite big news at the time. All pre-internet though, so can't find a thing about it to substantiate it.

and if furie is right Space Invader at PBB.

I AM right ;)

The boy who stood up and got knocked out and onto the track? It was in 2000 and is very well documented :)

A non coaster death cred, the train at Guillvers Milton Keynes

Also the Big Wheel at Gulliver's Warrington (I have that). A mentally handicapped girl panicked at the top and tried to get away from the fear by getting out of the carriage. Oooops.

I think the scariest one there is Pendol at tibidabo!

Although - there were these older incidents on rideaccidents.com - which I may have been on the ride involved

"June, 1980 - In Orlando, Florida, a 10-year-old girl died after riding a roller coaster. The victim had a heart condition, and was unable to understand the signs warning of the ride's potential dangers because she did not understand English"

"Saturday, September 10, 1983 - A 13-year-old boy was killed when his head struck an object during a roller coaster ride in Doswell, Virginia."

"Saturday, May 28, 1994 - A 14-year-old boy died after riding a roller coaster at an amusement park in Sandusky, Ohio"

This was on Galaxie at Kings Dominion, the coaster that Shockwave replaced. It closed immediately after the accident, so no chance that you rode it.

I'm not going to bother counting, but it's obviously LOADS.

Did Magnum Force actually spite someone? I thought a worker was crossing the tracks and got mowed dayyynnn, but survived?

Yeah, Magnum Force killed the guy the DAY I went. He crossed the tracks near the final break-run to get to the back of the ride, his foot got caught in the system and he was plugged into by the train.

As we arrived at the park, he was being taken to hospital via helicopter, it opened a mere two days after the accident.

Huh? I don't remember anything about that one I worked that coaster enough that I'd expect to have heard a rumor at least....

I do know an expert on the ride that I could ask.

Maintenance guys got killed by Rajin' Cajun and Splashwater Falls...
