I really don't care what kind of sausage I eat but my favourite is probably pork and apple or any specific brand.

thx

Proper meaty, thick, spicy goodness ones, like a real spanish chorizo. I hate the common cheap grilled sausages that only have like around 30-40% meat and taste like nothing and contains various unnecessary additives and flavourings.

Thanks for reminding me Bazpa :)

Oh yeah Polony - I'd forgotten about that, thanks for reminding me.
How exactly did I remind you about it though?

Are you gay?
What if he is? What a strangely forward question to ask...

There is only one sausage to beat all sausages, one sausage to rule them all... The (proper) Lincolnshire...

Other tasty options are:

Cumberland
Owen Taylor’s Country Sausage
A GOOD Bratwurst

I CANNOT stand most cheap traditional pork sausages, though I am partial to a bit of mechanically recovered hotdog sausage ??

Last sausage review:

M and S "Best sausage ever", about 3 quid for 4 jumbo ones.

90% pork, 0.3% carbs

Cooking: Oven baked

Appearance (outside) - looked a little wrinkly, so not as tempting as some, (maybe overcooked, maybe down to the water content)

Appearance and texture (inside) - quite crumbly, but still kept it;s shape well.

Taste - Juicy and well seasoned, no nasty preservative aftertaste, really enjoyed them!

Overall score - 9/10

The best I've had are called Lashford sausages. I've never seen them outside of Birmingham/West Midlands though.
