Does GPS/Satnav sometimes think you’re a park employee?

I once had a satnav that was INTENT on taking me to Thorpe Park's island rather than the car park. Needless to say, after a few minutes tantrum, it declared it wasn't possible to find a route. I ended up sighing and telling it to just take me to the bloody A320...

My current Satnav really hates Longleat for some reason, but I suspect it'll be a while before I make that trek again. I have to set it to the park and ride for Chester Zoo as well, otherwise I end up at the goods entrance in a nearby village.
 
I worked at Thorpe Park for five years and every day using Google Maps (for traffic reasons) it would tell me the park wouldn't be open yet if I arrived for 9AM. Yes thank you Google Maps, I think I've realised that by now.
