Deodorant - roll-on/stick or spray?

I've been using spray on antiperspirant for over 20 years and it generally has worked fine for me in all that time. I don't have sweat patches by the end of the day, ergo it works. It won't hold out if I'm doing excessive exercise in high temperatures - but that's hardly going to affect me often

Roll-on for me. I apply deodorant as soon as I get out of the shower, so the stuff dries by the time I've shaved as well.

Roll-ons feel more thorough. I used to use spray when I did P.E at school ,mbut seeing as those days are gone I don't sweat as much now.
