^ It kind of does every year they close attractions for some rehabs. For Example this year: Spiderman, Jurassic Park River Adventure, and that Popeye Raft Ride all closed for rehabs. All they have to do is find when they are least busy and close it for that month.

Being a prick aside, yeah, I see what you mean, BUT, it's meant to look rusted and aged, so it's actually not hurting anyone's eyes by being that way.
