Which do you think makes the best coaster. B&M or Arrow Dynamics? I prefer B&M.

This is like asking somebody 'what would you rather have, £1,000,000 cash or cancer?'...

B&M, of course!

^But X2 is a product of S&S's advances with the 4-D coaster, whilst Arrow's version was an absolute flop... (AND a bloody let-down)

This one is a no-brainer, as Arrow also had the most boring coaster type known to man... The Arrow Mine Train... Got insomnia? Go on an Arrow... (Bar really, erm... BBW, which is going...)

B&M is better by miles and miles and miles.

The only thing Arrow have going for them is the impact they had on the industry (first steel coaster, ect.) but that doesn't mean they have better coasters.

^^ Wasn't X itself built by Arrow Dynamics, and then became X2 after S&S changed the trains and got a new paint-job?? Same thing goes with Eejanaika, the whole thing was based on Arrow but built by S&S.

Best overall, then I would probably go for a B&M, but Eagle Fortress is way better then any B&M I have ridden...

Yes, but, at it's core, X2 is still an Arrow coaster.

Like Vampire is still as well.

Agreed. X was an arrow creation.. and minus the trains, X2 is still is.

But B&M. X2 and Magnum/Phanny aren't enough for Arrow to be any good.

I never disagreed that it wasn't an Arrow creation originally...

Just said that it was shocking as an Arrow only ride... S&S made it good (apparently)...

I don't think there's much Arrow left in Vampire nowadays as well Ben, since Vekoma re-did the computers and what-not, hence why it cannot park right

Arrow has a few gems like people have said, but the rest just aren't great. B&M, while they have had a few meh coasters, are generally consistently good with some amazing coasters thrown in there as well.

So, B&M.

Definitely B&M.

All the Arrow coasters I've been on were crap and only a very small few look to be good.

B&M have been consistently good for me and I have only been on one bad B&M so far which was their first coaster..

I hate to say B&M, because I'm not a huge fan of the company, and I am really impressed with what the Arrow company did...but B&M simply has better coasters, and they are definitely designed better.

So B&M...even though neither are my favorites.

Arrow. They have character, feeling and a sort of "Old school" factor. B&M feel too controlled, like sitting in a physics lesson. Granted, B&M are the best in the business, but it's my personal preference to go for Arrow.

B&M easily the only arrow i've been on (i think) is the PMBO and thats overrated and mostly dull. B&M on the other hand have made my 3 favorite coasters: Nemesis, AIR and Batman - The dark knight at SFNE.

^ Yup...

And B&M.

DJ-Fireball is a glutton for punishment... Not allowed to be an Arrow fan since Tuesday 9th March 2010, 5:51pm. :)
