(All the pics are Wong's, but he won't doesn't post a PTR.. so.. lol)
I woke up to Wong (pkiknex) calling me, telling he was on my way to come get me.. got here around 10, and we got to CP and in the door around 11!
First ride, of course, was Maverick. Since we got there while Marc and Athena were in line for MF, we waited a little bit, but they soon arrived and we showed up to a very short line. Rode back row with Wong and it was yummy.
After that, we headed up to Gemini, but got stopped along the way.. lol
After some waves.. we finally arrived at Gemini..which was only running one side sadly.
As we walked up the midway, we realized Wong didn't have the Woodstock's Express credit.. so.. OF COURSE.. they had to whore it. Myself and Athena sat out that though.
Next up was Magnum, which was running trimless.. sexy sexy.
Finally, we came to the 420ft phallus that is Top Thrill Dragster. Short wait.. maybe 30 minutes? and myself and Athena wanted to wait for the back row.. but low and behold.. it breaks down.
But, after maybe 15 minutes, we got on the road, and launch for our blissful 420ft journey.
That's us up there..
Marc, as he waits.
Next up would be Corkscrew then Power Tower.. both with amazing amounts of suck of course.
Obligatory PT shot.
Next up would be lunch at Panda Express ftw. Best lunch to have at CP.
Then, as we could here the lovely screams right there, we headed for Millennium Force. As I hadn't ridden the front seat in two years, myself and Wong decided to wait for the front in the epicly long front seat line. In fact, Marc and Athena almost got 2 rides before we could get one.
But, OF COURSE, it broke down 3 trains before we could go.. the same breakdown Taylor talked about, but it wasn't too long before we made our journey.
Longest line of the day..
As we were leaving line, Taylor spotted us and gave us a shout.. and we yelled back of course.. but we couldn't wait up for her, CREDIT TIME!
Wong had, yet again, missed out on another CP credit, Wildcat. We all gave it a spin, which was smoother then most rides at CP.
After that, we met up with Justin around 3:30, and then made our way up front to Wicked Twister.
But, the bastards ditched me.. and I waited by myself..
Well.. I had an AMAZING ride.. BY MYSELF.. thank you very much.
MaXair was right there, so we whored it up.. and it is still not better than a Screamin Swing.
And, yet again, as Wong didn't have the credit, we walked on to Disaster Transport.. which was surprisingly cool as none of the lights were on.
Then we hit Craptor.. woo..
Then we rode what might have been our last Demon Drop ride..
Next up was Blue Streak, the best woodie in the park.. which is almost kinda sad.
So, we we were bored and figured, hey.. why not.. lets go ride Skyhawk.. lol.
We got there, and it was closed, so we figured jump on Cedar Creek Mine Ride. Low and behold, it sucked.. who knew? As the exit is right next to Skyhawk, I decided we should wait 30 seconds JUST to see if they would open it (as they were testing).. and who knew? They opened! (Yeah, eat that Justin).
It was also Wong's first ride, so another credit.. haha
And, to finish up Athena and Marcs night, we rode Maverick.. which had a beautiful sunset.
Something I had noticed in line for Maverick, Mean Streak was going mighty fast around its course (much faster then normal). So, myself, Wong, and Justin decided to hit it up.
Luckily, by some miracle, the trims were off! Yeah.. trimless Mean Streak. In all my years visiting, I've never ever seen it.
Needless to say, epic rides.. the way it was SUPPOSED to be. We loved it so much, we rode it twice.. re-ride style.
That really made my night tbh.. who knew Mean Streak could make your night?
To finish up, we darted over to Top Thrill to finish up the evening. We had time to get in two rides before closing time (3rd to last train I believe!).
All in all.. epic day and America's Rollercoast.
PS: Trimless Mean Streak.
