All of the posts are single, low-effort sentences. I don't think they are a spambot, but somebody paid to post a few posts to get above the limit where they can post links, which they edit in later. Anti-spambot systems have become quite good at catching bots these days, so for shoddy advertisers it may be more cost effective to pay actual humans to write the spam.
