Biggest Advertising Fails

^ The B&M track is a LOT quicker and easier to edit into a Photo manipulation than Tri-Rail. I think that's probably the reason in which they've done that, it always turns up neater and cleaner.

Ok, so its not REALLY advertising...but it is something odd I have noticed on my onride photo of Corkscrew at Alton towers that I got about 4 years ago...

Nemesis makes an appearence. Can you spot it?

Also, the picture attatched is just a random one from google images.

I still think its a stupid thing to do, but at least that's a logical explanation.

Why the Intamin restraints though? I could understand it more if they were B&Ms, but they haven't even got an Intamin at any of the Sea World parks.

Now, that one does bother me, I have absolutely no idea why parks use other coaster's restraints as opposed to their own rides, that's always confused me.

I have a feeling that the intamin restraints are because they just took a photo of Cheetah Hunt and changed the zero car design and then added two more cars to the train.

You're not wrong!

Some of the same people in this shot here...

Then this is clearly the same train, although, this one also looks like it's been shopped in from somewhere else! Could just be that its a dodgy quality photo though.

Good work! :D

^ There's a slight outer glow on the tracks of a lighter colour on the second image, making me either think it's been modified in some way, definitely.

The biggest advertising fail I can think of is everything that was (or more appropriately, wasn't) done to advertise Hard Rock Park.

I only knew the park existed in the first place because of this website, and even when driving to Myrtle Beach to go to it, I heard nary a radio ad and only started seeing billboards when we were about 10 minutes from the park itself!

But in keeping with the theme of this thread, I once saw a T-shirt for Apollo's Chariot which literally used this exact image of Kumba

At least they got the manufacturer right!
