What's new

Big Brother 2009

I must of missed most the bits with Mark talking then as I swear he only spoke twice or so.
I missed the first 5 minutes and was watching the rest while on my DS and only looked up if I heard Marks voice.
That mights explain it then. :p

I may not have posted in a while, but I have been watching :p

Noirin's ex boyfriend who she keeps going on about is coming into the house now. Hopefully this'll spice things up.

I dunno why, but I sort of like Marcus now. He brings entertainment into the house, and, although he appears to be full of hate, he is very sensitive and loving.

I dunno who I want to go on Friday now :/

Are people still watching this tripe?!? The only thing that would make me watch it again, is if they changed the 'Live Evictions' to 'Live Executions'.....think it would bump their ratings a bit. Plus, it would also be helping the gene pool.

Great news, hopefully Channel 4 will fill their schedule with innovative, interesting and amsuing programmes now!

BB and Davina have certainy had their day.

I posted that it was going to end ages back. :p
I don't care if it stops or not. I don't watch it anyway so either way I still won't have to watch it.

To be honest, as a Big Brother watcher I will admit that Davina is getting very very tiresome, her little 'gags' in between ad breaks on eviction nights are really cringeworthy.

However, I actually think this has been one of the best Big Brothers in a long time, the people in it aren't really over-eccentric as usual, and Big Brother hasn't interfered with its 'crazy twists' as often, so all the drama and fighting in the house has been genuine and not caused by Big Brothers silly little twists.

I've normally turned off by now, but I'm still watching it!

Clearly you lot didn't read that article properly. Channel 4 are not renewing the contract with Endemol but there it is likely another channel will take on the show. ITV had mass interest prior to the latest 3 series contract and there has also been a lot of talk about Sky One taking on the show....

I don't think we have the seen the last of it quite yet...

Since next year is the last though.... I may very well audition just for the sheer ****s and giggles.

Anybody who has me on Facebook will know that I said a while back that 2009 was the beginning of death of reality TV, and I quoted myself once again at the weekend for X Factor.

This series has been overwhelmingly more 'real' than previous series, hence why people have tuned off.

Tonight will be fun though:

The housemates are told by Big Brother to 'Do something entertaining', so they break through a fire exit in the garden. Big Brother then announces that there will be no prize, ie the £100,000, for the overall winner of BB

Please don't mate!

Fake gay daddy is trying to stop real gay daddy from being famous! Bad times!

I felt she started getting like that even after the first few series of the show. She always appeared that she never watched the show and was just there for the paycheck. She really ruined the eviction nights if she didn't like the housemate.

I can't really see any major tv station taking it on maybe Sky but I think its just run its course and people have just lost interest.

Please do.. and if you get in.. constantly keep using ians name in conversation or soemthing.

Well I certainly don't think I would actually make it on the show. So Auditioning could be a laugh. But if I did..... could you imagine how many times I could shoehorn CoasterForce into conversation.

Apparently, if you actually mention peoples names in conversation they have to now contact them to establish permission for their name and opinions about them to be aired.... how ridiculous.

I was thinking of auditioning at one point... Hmmm...

Go for it mark, you really don't have anything to lose!

As the final is tonight, I shall make my predictions as to who will depart, in which order, and the overall victor:

First out: David
Second Out: Siavash
Third out: Sophie
Runner-up: Charlie
Victor: Rodrigo

The top 3 are really close this year, so any of them could win. But that is what I think will happen.

They announce auditions in January time, and they happen at the end of January- beginning of Feb in main cities, like London, Birmingham, Manchester etc.

Just keep a look out on the website and during the final CBB :)
