Best place to live for coasters?

Duncannon, Penn.
Loads of stuff within a 6 hour drive, which is possible in one sitting, and super close to Skyrush.
As much as I'd love to live near Steel Vengeance, it's too far from Toro and Boulderdash.
having all those parks ~6 hours isn't a bad thing I can confirm, though by no means would i recommend anyone live where I am.

For the US I'll echo the Nashville sentiment, though if I was limited to just a city (and the parks associated with them) I'd say either Orlando or LA

WE NOW KNOW WHERE THE 2020 ATTRACTION IS GOING!
The irony is the house you pointed out is Dick Kinzel's house, previous CEO of Cedar Fair. The estate still has a keycard gate as direct access to the CP parking lot.

Columbus, OH has been a fortunate place to live with Cedar Point, Kings Island, and Kennywood a ~2 hour drive or less. DC has always stuck out to me as another location with easy access to a lot of east coast parks as well. @Snoo makes a good point on Nashville as well in getting reach to southeastern parks.

The irony is city centers can still be very difficult to traverse. After having lived in San Bernardino for a year, it actually was quite difficult to make it to SFMM, Knott's, Disneyland, etc. with traffic. Metro centers with minimal traffic and close, nearby metropolitans really helps.

I could see him throwing some of his accent and grey hair trying to get some secrets all while wearing a speedo while cleaning the pool.

Yes. You're welcome. You now have that image.

Joke's on you buddy - this silky, honeyed accent, those Speedos - never failed me so far. ;)
Kinzel will be powerless to resist, proverbial putty in my hands.
