Yeah, I was mostly joking. Y’know, cause it’s basically what EL is. It would be cool to see in the US but I don’t really see Vekoma doing that, especially because they haven’t done much business outside of Europe and Asia.
According to this IAAPA interview from this year they recently set up an office in Orlando and they do want to get their products in the states. Not saying it means AA is working with them, but they have an interest to bring their products here:

Vertical construction is well under way.

I got to ride this back in 2018 and from what I remember the turns at the start were dull but after the drop it was nuts, it was forceful, painfully slamming me into the sides, it took me by surprise and was...kinda fun, in a wtf happened sort of way.

If your in the UK you can go to Hayling Island and get beaten up by one of these if you want, its just the same 😅

We got some sneak peeks at the repainted trains during an offseason Facebook livestream tour today. Their PR rep Alex also mentioned that they're replacing their water playground and revamping their deteriorated wave pool as their teased 3rd and 4th 2022 ride projects.

Did they ever announce the other two? Can't find anything on their facebook. Assume they have to be portables at this rate.

Also lol Centi-speed got a damn re-paint but not the Neptune slides.

Well damn the colors are really popping out, can't wait to see the refurbed trains and how they look at the track.

Edit: Haven't been since 2019 but looks like Alabama Adventure officially has a insider info stand

Work is still ongoing with Cheddar Chase for at least a few more weeks, but this past weekend saw the debut of another 2022 investment - Cocoa Island, a replacement kids water play structure in the waterpark (photo attached below).

Then there's this;

Don't get your hopes up, appears to be another slide to spread out waterpark crowds but it's good to see the park being able to work on major new infrastructure like this.

Im waiting till CC opens before going for the season (they bumped tickets up to $50, sheesh). Ill be sure to check out whats going on behind the Lazy River. If its in that area its probably a slide, but who knows. it was also were the River Rapids was, so nothings off the table.
