A Notice of Commencement was filed by Disney with Florida's Orange County government for what is referred to as "Project D". Project Delos is believed to be the code name for the Star Wars Land expansion theme area at Disney's Hollywood Studios and the California equivalent for Disneyland. The Notice of Commencement lists contractors for the project and shows an end date for this work as September 26, 2019. That end date target may well be revealing that site work is to be ready then for an opening either end of 2019 or early 2020. The massive re-imagining of Disney's Hollywood Studios also involves a new theme area for Toy Story Land, though it is unknown if that is also included within Florida's version of "Project D."
