Kings Dominion 40th Anniversary 2014 Announcement

    FASTEST inversion?

I definitely don't know for sure. However, my best guess is that it would be a pretzel loop. Off the top of my head, its the only inversion where you're upside-down at its lowest point. Tatsu maybe?

    Golden Ticket Awards 2013

^Mitch Hawker definitely isn't perfect, but at least it actually includes more than 5 or 6 non-USA coasters, which is much more than can be said for the Golden Tickets. I'll agree that the woodies are less controversial, but didn't voyage win for like 5 years in a row or something? That's not...

    Golden Ticket Awards 2013

Haven't ridden it, but it seems to generally be considered one of the more mediocre wing coasters. The Golden Tickets are BS anyway, Mitch Hawker will give a much more accurate representation of ride quality.

Cedar Fair Announces Investment in Carowinds

Source? If it's true, that's not a bad idea. Carowind's waterpark is not impressive at all. It could use some improvement. I'd say no to a Zac-Spin. It's Intamin, and it's not impressive enough to really add to the lineup. I think Carowinds wants a decent sized ride.

    Golden Ticket Awards 2013

This Isn't the Golden Ticket ranking system terribly biased towards popularity? It's based on a pure points system rather than comparisons, correct?

    Best-Paced Coaster You've Ridden

Incorrect. The topic title clearly does not contain the phrase "What's the" :P All jokes aside, I thought El Toro's pacing was pretty good. It seemed to end at that perfect point where the ride feels like it hasn't lost any momentum. I hate when rides seem to just meander at the end. I could...
