Thanks for the help! :D I think I might only buy ORP's on the main rides i.e. ToT, Rock 'n' Roller Coaster and Space Mountain due to them being pretty expensive.
Hey everyone. I'm heading off to DLP on the 20th August for 4 days and just wanted to ask a few questions:
1. How much do the ORP's cost?
2. Do they do a photopass like at Alton/Thorpe/Chessie?
3. What rides do they do ORP's on?
4. Is the park going to be really busy since it's the summer...
Well I've only done standing launches like Stealth, Rita, Baco, Velocity etc. but I will experience a rolling launch on the Incredible Hulk coaster next year. :)
So for now I don't think I'll vote.
I don't think I've experienced a really really rough Vekoma yet so I'd probably rather ride a Vekoma. Some Vekomas are butter smooth like Millennium Coaster or Velocity etc.
Ok my Top 10 probably hasn't changed much but here it is anyways:
1. Dragon Khan
2. The Ultimate
3. Jubilee Odyssey
4. Stealth
5. Furius Baco
6. Tonnerre de Zeus
7. Oblivion
8. Grand National
9. SAW: The Ride
10. Nemesis
Yeah.....
I'm probably a no for now but my mum told me that when she was a child she saw a figure standing at the top of her aunts staircase and he was wearing tudor clothes or something. :?
:( If only Mumbo Jumbo was open when I went not long ago then I could of compared them both. But luckily I did get on SAW for the first time on Sunday and I thought it was really good! I almost shat myself in the queueline when the guns went off lol. But yeah I can't vote as I've not been on...
Hmm my favourite front rows that I've done are:
Oblivion
Stealth
Nemesis
Air
PMBO
JO
Velocity
And the ones I wanna do at the front are:
Colossus
Baco
Khan
Rita
Saw
Err I think that's it for now.
It doesn't affect me as I almost always use the cubicals lol but I think I do remember once trying to pee when someone else was next to me and nothing wouldn't come out at all.
I agree. I did the one at Butlins the other week and the only bit I liked was the first drop. Other than that I found it pretty boring. But the one at Alton Towers I did in 2004 was pretty good from what I can remember but I dunno if it's changed over the years.
Old ones are alot better. It will take me a while to get used to the new ones but oh well. >_<
I don't think it's fair they're forcing everyone to use them though, they should just let people choose which one they prefer. :?
Great PTR Emmett! I went to Pleasure Island about a month ago and it was pretty much dead aswell meaning no queues for anything.
They should add another coaster me thinks cause there's too many flat rides at the moment.
