Got stuck on Oblivion's break run last year for 20 mins, they had to evacuate us off the ride afterwards. Was actually quite funny as the ride operators tried to keep us entertained until they could figure out what was wrong.

I mean, with the recent changes to Duel, they might as well close it down and relocate the attraction type elsewhere... Am agreeing with others on here that instead of trying to build the next big thing, maybe invest into bringing the entire park up to speed? Where would they even put something...

Judging by how much space there is on the exit side of the station, you can bet your money on that!

Well that didn't take long. Flames were already off on Sunday, but I thought it was just because it was due to weather.

After two rides and waiting longer because of the ride just breaking down several times, I do have to say I quite liked the entire experience. That is, the theme, build-up and ride itself. If I were to judge the ride by itself, it is a really save options as a new addition for Alton, maybe a bit...

I think it's the new sensor/brake system having trouble dealing with three trains. Engineers have been fiddling around with the outside break run quite a bit yesterday and they've taken out one of the trains and everything seemed to work a lot better afterwards. But just a guess from my side.

The Boring Corner looks boring but is quite alright. Oh yeah I also finally made it onto the ride after 2hrs 40mins wait and three breakdowns.

I totally didn't spend 40 minutes trying to figure out what ORP means, nu-uh~ It doesn't have one, and I assume because it's going to be hard getting a good photo of every rider during it. And you could argue that cameras aren't a thing in Klugheim?

I don't know, trying to hype up a repair job that could have been avoided by proper, regular maintenance seems to be a bit...hypocritical? Graphic looks nice though.

It does operate on weekends, but only starting from end of May until beginning of May, but weekdays coaches not starting before June 11. Makes me wonder how staff is supposed to the park with these times? I've seen plenty of them using the buses whenever I was on it, so with them almost...

This blog post makes it sound like there is going to be actors/"walkers" be around, but it could be just the nature how zombies are called walkers that could confuse people. At least I was expecting there will be actors in and around the ride...

The SW8 continues? Such a weird day and the ultimate spite, but at least we got free return tickets out of it. Was nice meeting everyone again!

Stafford is no snow at all with occasional wind blowing this morning. I did tell my mates not to take me to the Towers yesterday, but now I'm torn again if I should ask them after all x.x Anyone happen to drive past Stafford today?

I'll come as well, if my mates are still willing to drive me up to the Towers. They're kind of anxious about going up there. Finger's crossed!

Yeah, but you can't expect people to check their SM posts prior to visiting, so there will be people turning up not knowing what's going on. ;)

Am currently weighing in to just come over regardless and see how it goes. Waiting for the Towers for any update tonight if it's worth coming up or not. What are the chances they'll give out return tickets for those rocking up anyway, not having read the update?
