    Furious Baco Restraint Failure

On the subject of a cable snap, has that been confirmed? And if so, how long does it usually take PA to get Baco back open?

    Parque Warner Madrid - August 4th & 5th 2012 - PTR

Rolled into one, the ultimate rollercoaster? It was much better than expected, everyone I spoke to who'd been on a floorless coaster said they were rubbish!

    Parque Warner Madrid - August 4th & 5th 2012 - PTR

In all fairness I did expect Stunt Fall to be shut, but always had a bit of hope that it would open sometime when we were there, but there's always next year for it. :) I was really impressed with the park, I've already been looking into when to go back in 2013.

Yeah, I rode all of the coasters at Parque Warner except for Stunt Fall.

    Parque Warner Madrid - August 4th & 5th 2012 - PTR

Fair enough, before having a walk down there I wasn't sure what to expect tbh, was a pleasant surprise. It's more assumption than knowledge about Stunt Fall, pretty sure I read somewhere on the internet that they'd got the train back and were going to start testing it soon, I don't think I...

    Parque Warner Madrid - August 4th & 5th 2012 - PTR

Yeah, if you walk under the first vertical loop of Batman, it leads you through to a viewing point for Superman and the lift for Batman. It was always full of people taking photos. It did annoy me when we arrived and everything was on low capacity, but it did make sense eventually because the...

    Parque Warner Madrid - August 4th & 5th 2012 - PTR

Parque Warner Madrid - August 2012 PTR The trip to Madrid began with a train journey from Crewe to Manchester Airport, after being robbed of £15 for a 45 minute journey, I had a decent journey to the airport, no delays, no faffing and we got there in good time, so after accepting that no...

Alton Towers | The Smiler | Gerstlauer Infinity

Re: Alton Towers | SW7 | Unknown (Gestlauer?) World's 1st It's standard maintenance, believe me, it happens all the time. :)

PTR - Madrid parks (day 4 up)

My holidays at work are set to a week in June and two weeks in August, so it was a heat of the moment thing to book it back in June simply because the flights were incredibly cheap. It was annoying at the time but we still managed to get PdA done as well as a visit to the Bernabeu, plus it's an...

    Best Merlin Coaster

I vote Stealth, my favourite coaster in any Merlin park. Nemesis Inferno is a close second, with Nemesis not too far behind either of them. Three very good coasters imo.

Alton Towers | The Smiler | Gerstlauer Infinity

Re: Alton Towers | SW7 | Unknown (Gestlauer?) World's 1st They quite often refurbish the shuttles on Oblivion, you'll often find that there is one in the maintenance shed by the exit path having some work done, usually restraints being refurbed and whatever else they do with them. I don't...

Park You're Most Excited to Visit this Season

Parque Warner in Madrid, was supposed to go in June but it never worked out, but I am going to get the chance to go there next week. I am into the DC comics films (Batman and Superman), so I know I am going to like the park and the coasters don't look too bad. Can't wait to get back to Port...

    Best/Worst rollercoaster Elements

Best: PMBO first drop, Nemesis helix, high speed launch coasters. Worst: Inverting lift hill (G-Force, Abismo).
