I visited at the end of August and had a decent time of it this year. Everything was open and running for me, Timberhawk isn't a world beater but it's a good family coaster and was easily the most popular ride there.Hate to say it...buttttttt..... park was a *dump* when I visited in 2018. Upwards of 15 rides were closed including one of the coasters (mouse) and after just 2 hours we gave up and just left, heading over to the Tacoma zoo and had a much more pleasant afternoon. And honestly, none of the rides are really a major loss, Timberhawk, while it looked pretty, was rather forgettable.
So while it sucks a bunch of people are gonna loose their home park, it wasn't a very good park
Nope, we still also have Hell Cat at Clementon Park, whose future is being secured as we speak as some 208 track has been spotted in the car park earlier this year. That's a shame. That area of the US won't have a lot park-wise without Wild Waves!
Am I right in saying that this will make Falken at Farup Sommerland the world's only remaining S&S wooden coaster?
