The UK needs more quality rides and a few less gimmicks therefore I ask you this.

Of these one of a kind in the UK coasters which would you most like to see another quality more dynamic version installed ?

Feel free to go into details of layouts and theme and anything else relevant.

While G-force is brilliant, We need a much longer version. One that doesn't just start getting going and then ends.

For me, none. I'd like to see something completely new. B&M or Intamin Hyper, B&M Floorless or sit down.

BUT, out of that list, I think the most likely option would be the X-Car. I really wouldn't be too surprised if a small park purchased a launched one in the near future.

I think a B&M stand up would be fantastic, a smooth unique experience that hasnt been explored in a while, 90s I think was Chang and none since, maybe play with the layout, zero g roll heart line twist etc. would be fantastic!

Flying coaster. A nice terrain-hugging, fairly-sized, lovely themed flying coaster would be perfect!

The others however...

Fat chance we'll see a Dive Machine in this country any time soon, unless it's like Krake maybe?

X-Cars can go die, I don't see the fun in them at all. I'd take a good spinning coaster over an X-Car anyday.

Stand-Ups can also die, why want to stand-up on a coaster when you've spent 2 hours standing up queuing for the **** thing. Plus they're just so uncomfortable and wrong...

I wouldn't mind a suspended coaster, but they're really out-dated now.

Who wants a Dive Machine when you can build a highly configurable and just as thrilling Eurofighter for round about the same price?

I'd like to see another X-Car coaster in this country, but also a whole new ride system. The restraint design needs to be taken back to the drawing board, and the track layout needs to be improved. The whole concept hasn't been developed enough.

Not an X-Car, they are vile...

I would really like some more Suspended coasters. I think those are pure fun, and there should be way more. But Arrow went down the toilet (</3), so who do you think would take this coaster concept under their wing if it were to happen?

^^ S&S Power cause they bought Arrow.

Id personally love to see another Invert that is on par with Nemesis.

Switching between the hideouts'...

The UK needs some stand-up coasters, only one at Drayton Manor that I know off. Personally though I would love to see the Dive Machine concept taken further, but it probably won't happen with Eurofighters being so popular like FaceYourNermesis said.

Don't get me wrong, I LOVE Dive coasters, but the design is a one trick pony with very little to offer in terms of inversions or layouts. They also take up much more space compared to a Eurofighter.

We probably won't ever see another Dive Machine built in this country. Oblivion is iconic, and no other UK variation would ever come close to the popularity and reputation that this ride has.

^Dive Machines can offer some inversions, so far only Loops, and Immelmanns. I think there just getting started with coasters like Oblivion, though I do agree that Oblivion is iconic in your country (which I still don't understand why). I'd love to see some new ideas put on the Dive Machines.

Doesn't matter what the layout is like, the worst Dive Machine would still be in a completely different league than the best Eurofighter.

They can't do loops yet, just immelmanns. Oblivion was the first and that's all the uk will do I think with divers, I think x cars are novel, inversions with a lap bar but that lap bar is absolutely attrocious!

I'm pretty sure all post Oblivion (and it's Asian clone) have a ride time of more than 30 seconds

However, i would rather see a Stand-up over all others featured in the poll. I actually really enjoy Shockwave at DMP so i'd like the chance to ride a B&M Stand-up with the dive loop, inclined loop etc. without having to travel to the states, But never going to happen.

I also think that we should have more Flyers similar to Starry Sky Ripper. Its footprint is relatively tiny for a ride that intense, and I think many parks would benefit from one.

You are aware that G-Force isn't the only X-Car out there, right? It's not just you, but a lot of people jump on the "X-Cars are horrible!!!" bandwagon with no experience of them. It's unfair and inaccurate to judge an entire ride type based on one **** example.

The concept has been developed plenty. Look at Abismo, Formule X or Shock; the layouts have been improved, and they're very good rides.

No. Just because they bought the company doesn't mean they will continue to offer the ride type. They've developed the 4D coaster, but that's it.

Vekoma do a suspended swinging coaster. If a park wanted one, which I highly doubt they would these days, they'd go to Vekoma for one.
