^Inverts do have a large horizontal C section the length of the station, larger than the ones on flyers in fact, though of course it doesn't move in the same way...I'm presuming the unlocking bar runs along the inside of the C section, out of view:
^ Im pretty sure its the electrical contacts making the sound as the train goes over them.
- Inside that beem there are sets of smaller beems that are operated with a hydraulic ram. They move down to press against a small wheel, which moves the restraint mechanism inside the back of the seats and opens the restraints. Its fairly simple.
