TIME Photos: Roller Coasters in Rwanda

Umm, why are there 3 photos of random people in Dollywood? That was like the most random and bizarre selection of images ever.

^I think it was to do with the juxtaposition of the two cultures: the extreme Americana of Dollywood against the third-world origins of the people in the photo. Or something.

Dunia Fantasia, Indonesia

"For the majority of Indonesians, the $20 entrance fee is equivalent to a fifth of the average monthly income. But almost everyone has vouchers, obtained through either their school or company, or magazines and newspapers. Buying a regular, full-price ticket is regarded as almost abnormal."

Indonesian Merlin?

I'm not saying it's not, but it's always disturbed me how humanistic bears look when standing on their hind legs. They have similar proportions and posture to humans, it's really odd. Which makes me think that it could possibly still just be bear.

The only thing really throwing me off is the muzzle. It definitely looks like a fake bear, but that muzzle...

I don't know, I know it's minor, I just feel like they wouldn't have that if it wasn't necessary.

You're going to hate me for this

There was a guy used to dress his father up as a bear at medieval reenactments. He had a muzzle on that too and Keith would refuse to acknowledge the bear was anything other than a real bear.

It's looking a bit Fred Bear (har har) in this picture, which is about seven years after I first saw it:

However, as a new costume it took a few moments to work out it wasn't a bear, and then it only the movements that gave it away (knees in the wrong place). I reckon it's not a real bear anyway, not enough honey.
