Spring break trip to florida

Hi,

UK poster here. After various failed attempts at holidays with my daughter over the last couple of years due to covid I'm considering going all out and going to florida next Easter. I know the Disney parks get very busy during spring break but does this also apply to Universal, Sea World and Busch Gardens? If so u think I'll be sticking to a trip to Portaventura or Energylandia.
