Usually, I just love to read through the great reports that the CoasterForce community posts here, while not posting myself.
This time, however, I had an experience that I really want to share with you, as I visited a park that really doesn’t get covered so often.
I have been aware of the existence of this park for quite some years because it is basically a Huss Museum. It showcases many models of what I perceive to be the golden era of Huss rides, from the 70s to the 90s.
Speaking of the golden era... Siam Amazing Park surely had its own. Amusement park? Lost place? We don’t know.
Enjoy with me:
Siam Amazing Park in Bangkok
You enter via Bangkok World, which has some shops and malls around. It feels well-kept and deserted.

We went during the week on a Wednesday, this could be an explanation.
The day ticket cost 1000 Baht, which included all areas of the park, including the water park.

Just in front of the entrance stands this huge Merry Go Round. The top floor was closed. Amazing!

Just next to it you'll find the parks boomerang.
Unfortunately it was closed for maintenance but this was already mentioned to us when we bought the tickets. It was not a huge loss as i rode another Vekoma Boomerangs before and knew what to expect.
Amazing!

We decided then that the Log Flume would be the First Ride of the Day. With around 20 minutes this was by far the longest wait that we had in the park. Most of the day however it was a walk on, like the rest of the rides at the park.
Log Flume really had everything you could wish for with a Log Flume of this size: rotaing station, three Lifts/ drops, two turntables, a backwards section and the double down finale.
Decently wett as well but this was very welcome with around 34°C outside.

Some places in this park are public areas, junkyards, and maintenance areas at the same time. It is always a fine line between them. In the back of the Log Flume, there was a train from a former park railroad stored. At noontime, some employees sat in the wagons of the train to have their lunch
Next up was Mega Dance:

I always wanted to ride one of these as it is such a rare type of ride. I assume that this is the last one in existence that did not get the 'Flic Flac' conversion.
It just rotated on the main axis without activating the tilting ring for the gondolas.
The ride experience was very underwhelming. What could have been amazing was just a faster Merry-Go-Round.
Now it was time for something equally exotic as the mega dance:
,,Vortex''

Vortex is one of only two ever built Vekoma SLC 787m Extended Models and the only one that is still in operation.
The ride experience was rough as expected but still fun. I have a soft spot for SLCs, as to me, they are one of the most aesthetically pleasing rides.
I just rode the front row and once the second, which was already rougher than the first row. I did not dare to try the others.

A Huss Rainbow with a unique Aladdin Theme. Closed obvousily.

Wow! By far the scariest ride in the park. The ride is brutal and you are just secured by a belt.

The Take Off was closed later of the day for maintenance.

The Ranger was open.

The Top Spin was closed as well. The ride itself is completely fenced and it does not like like it could operate at any point.

View from the observation tower:

In the afternoon we went to the water park. The spiral slides in the picture below were quite fun. Just two of them however where operating.

In the water park, this is what you will find on the other side of the wave pool. This Zamperla Powered Coaster was closed in 2021:

Siam Amazing Park giving Spreepark vibes...I just want to say that this is all in a public area, freely accessible!

Later in the afternoon it startet to rain. This meant that all rides in the park were closed off immediately as they have a policy that all rides must close down then.
This however did not apply for the Break Dance so we rode it until the rain was over and the rest of the rides were operating again.

The Choo Choo adventure was such a bizarre ride. Consiting of mostly outside areas it partially even had dark ride sections. The theme of the ride is Siam Amazing Park itself. With the little Choo Choo Train you ride through a miniature version of the Park on Acid . Every Zone of the park like the water park, xtreme world etc. is displayed here. It was one of the weirdest ride experiences that i have ever had. Very entertaining however and at parts very disturbing and creepy.

One of the Front Row rides was a Zen ride for me. First time i had that on a Coaster.

Many rides were broken or closed off, which was a letdown. Despite that, we had so much fun at this little park.
I think I would come here again when I am in the area. Obviously, this is not the most amazing theme park you could go to, but it is just so quirky and charming.
The staff was so sweet and friendly everywhere in the park, and that gave bonus points for me. Amazing!
