Standing at a rather tall 180m (590ft) and situated on top of a 40m (130ft) building the twin tracked "Seoul Twin Eye" has been unveiled as one of the cities new tourism projects. With 64 capsules between the inner and outer tracks its capacity will be double that of the London Eye.

Unveiled by UNStudios its the double ring structure provides resistence to both the earthquakes and high winds experienced in the area.

As mentioned in the article below while the design still has some hurdles to jump through before its confirmed its possible it could be open by 2028.

"The Seoul Metropolitan Government announced that it plans to begin construction around 2025 after undergoing a final-phase review by the Ministry of Strategy and Finance. Completion is planned by 2028."
