Rumours - True or False?

So we all hear these rumours about rides that are not substantiated by any reliable source but are spread like wildfire just the same. Here is where you can post the gossip & say whether you think what you've heard/read or what someone else has posted it going to happen or not.
(Please don't just make

up to post here - it has to be something you've heard or read that can't be confirmed by any reliable source.)
I'll start it off with Pressurized - a new B&M floorless coaster for Canada's Wonderland that was supposed to open next year but has been put off until the 2012 season.
Anyone else hear or read about this?
I say it's not going to happen, at least not in the next two years.

^ I haven't heard about that on any websites or anything that I have gone over, but saying that, I wasn't looking out for i it may have just flown me by.

Alton Towers may be using The Black Hole tent for either a new "In park Maze" in Scarefest 2011 OR a Permanent walk-through based attraction in the future. I've actually heard this off of someone at the Resort who is pretty "Well in there".

A B&M hyper has been (or was) in the works at KBF that would use the Kingdom of Dinosaur building for the station, the arcade underneath for the queue, and have a diving drop over Western Ave (road behind the park) extend to the grave yard/employee parking lot with a hammerhead turn, then head back into the park going over towards Mystery Lodge, and then the final turn would be over Bigfoot Rapids and lead into the break run going to the station. This was originally slated for 2008, but it keeps getting pushed back, or it has been canned completely, but if it does come ever, I see it happening in 2013.

I've heard that Jordan, I personally think there may be some truth behind it. I think it's a good idea for them!

World's tallest/fastest coaster, heading out into the sea, at Blackpool.

Never happening - gets trawled out every so often.

Alton Woodie!

I agree with the Blackpool bit Gavin, but an Alton woodie would be great. Hopefully the park is on the ball enough to get it right.

I've heard that ECG can't spell ;)
Can't figure out where that came from. :?

lofty & Gavin seem to get it...
True or false people. Let's see what's believable or not.

Sure, why not.

Yep, but not 2013.

New land for Animal Kingdom, Australia!
Why not?

No need to do them all like I just did, but at least put whether you believe what you've read or heard.

It's because you're American, Jerry. ;)

Although personally I have no problem spelling some '...sation' words with a 'z' instead of an 's' - it makes more sense.

It's when you spell stuff like 'realise' wrong that I take issue. But well done Spicy - you at least made me LOL!

I still don't get it. I even used the British 'rumours' instead of the America 'rumors' (even though my spell checker kept trying to correct it).
So what did I spell wrong? :?

I think they are talking about "Pressurized". American English puts z's all over the place. We'd spell it pressurise. You've not got it wrong, it's just some people are ignorant of Americanised spellings, or make a big deal out of of them being "wrong".

Project Tom sayer at Blackpool.
Suposed to be a lauched coaster going around Tom Sayer area.

The rumours Lofty posted are from a high up person from Alton so are quite likely to be true.

That's not my spelling, that's the way it's posted on Wiki.
You can't say that I can't spell because I write the name of a ride the way it's supposed to be. I write for a living, so I guess that this is just something I take a bit too seriously.

LOL everyone was all hung up on the "z/s" argument and there was an actual spelling error!

Ahhh, funny stuff. :P

Er, there's that ongoing rumor about Beastly Kingdom for Animal Kingdom; it's on, it's off, it's on, it's off, they're building a coaster in a castle with a dragon, they're not building a coaster in a castle with a dragon, ect.

There's a lot of stuff on Screamscape for anyone interested.
