I'm regarding it as a legal contract.
 
Amazed it lasted as long as it did until the jaws of life had a party.

Would also be amazed if it wouldn't just be cheaper to put in a new ride.
 
Well there was never any real reason why it wouldn't open again, was there..

The restraints got stuck, and what?

Chessington knows the attractions of this ride and to decrease the offerings is silly when there is no reason to.
 
Merlin should of sent the ride to the scrap heap & replaced it with a Mini Star Flyer with an added LED light package cool)

I thought they had to destroy the restraints to get the people out and that would mean spending actual money to replace them. Still, they don't seem to be shy in splashing the cash this year. Im glad it's back up and running again as it helps to draw crowds away from the other rides.

They clearly took money out of the Scorpion Express budget...

At least, I hope they did...
