I'll be driving past Phantasialand on a Satruday, on the way back from a biking trip at the end of June, and am debating whether it's worth popping in or not.

I can easily be at the park at opening (9am gates, 10am rides), but will need to leave around 2pm to ensure we get to Calais in time for the ferry. For those of you who've been, do you think it's worth bothering?

A Saturday in June kind of dictates not to bother to be honest. On a quiet day, you could grab the coasters and a couple of other rides in that time, but even then Phantasia's not a place you'll want to rush.

Personally, I'd leave it and try to do it properly another time.

Thanks for the input, I have to admit that's sort of what I was wondering. Seems as if Phantasialand and Walibi Belgium would be on the route, except I'd be able to give a lot more time (probably 5-6 hours at Walibi, vs 3-4 at Phantasialand), so considering that as well.

Just playing with a lot of ideas. :D

PHL is a place that deserves a whole day! Nice coasters, amazing water rides, Talocan, Mause Au Chocolat, even smaller and older rides like Hotel Tartuf or Geister Rikscha... You wouldn't want to miss any of these, and the park easily gets crowded. Queu's are not slow, but they surely can be long.

Go to Walibi Belgium. At least over there you want to leave after 3-4 hours, with all the "good" rides done. Same can be said about Bobbejaanland.
