Print-screen and paste the image in some picture editor. If you are using Win7 then there is a program called "Snipping Tool" with which you just make a selection of the screen with your mouse and you get an instant screen shot of that section...
It's a button on the keyboard. Normally labelled something like "PrtSc". I always press Ctrl+PrtSc, because for some reason I've convinced that just pressing PrtSc on it's own just sends it straight to the printer.
Then just open up paint (or whatever the mac equivalent is) and Ctrl+V and you're done.
[You might also want to you 'Cmd' or whatever Macs have instead of Ctrl]
Then it's a bit trickier to do, but there are several options when you do a print screen on a Mac than on a PC so in the end it might be a lot better...

i figured it out for my self when i typed screenshot into the help bar, apparently macs have a special program just for taking screenshots, thanks for the help though!!
