New Velocicoaster trains?

Has the Velocicoaster at IoA, Orlando had new trains?

I have been on it a few years ago multiple times and remember having the rubber straps of your shoulders and the lap bar being pushed down with them, but looking at videos now, I see no shoulder straps and just the lap bar.

Has it had new trains or new restraints and if so, then when?

To my knowledge, it’s never had shoulder straps. It certainly didn’t when I rode in 2023, anyhow.

It’s always had just the overhead lap bar, as far as I’m aware.

You can clearly see from loads of photos online that it's never had should straps. Maybe you're confusing it with another coaster?
