Alright, so I have a couple more things to update on. I have added two new coasters to the park. The first is The Sheriff (mostly named this because I'm not using custom scenery). It is a classic out-and-back woodie mostly designed to add that rustic feel to the park. Almost every large park has one of these, a wooden coaster built in the early half of the 20th century and this park will be no exception. The second coaster is yet unnamed (like most of what I have built so far unfortunately). It is inspired by the Intamin mega-lite and is located over the park's lake near the center. The high speeds and quick turns coupled with the sensation of being just feet above the water make for an always memorable experience.
Alright so this latest update is to show the new stations for my miniature railroad.
This is the first and most grand of the three. It is located near the entrance to the park (although it will take a fair amount of walking to access the ride).
This one is located near the park's centerpiece, is smaller than the first, but keeps in time with the brick building theme. The scenery around it is clearly nowhere near complete but hopefully you can start to get a feeling for the ambiance.
This last station is meant to be significantly lighter than the other two. Although the area is pretty desolate for now, I am not sure that extra scenery will make enough of a difference. Should I keep it, tweak it, or toss it?
There's so much stuff in that park that looks like CS namely the join between the towers and the supports on the mega-lite. How do you get stuff like that without CS?
^ Well, like I said, the only CS I was planning on using was ride supports and the catwalks at the Power Tower count as ride supports. Otherwise though, no CS.
Also, I guess I didn't save after I made the last station for the steam train so I ended up putting in a new one that follows the brick theme.
This first picture is just a little peek at my food court and a couple more flat rides in the back.
I am also pleased to reveal Dynamite Falls, a mining themed log ride. This ride was inspired by the log flume ride at Silverwood Theme Park. Here is the station's building from the outside.
And now the inside. Note the duel station for maximum capacity.
Here's a shot of the entrance to the mine.
And the big drop down to the lake below. Complete with splash zone bridge and water cannons.
Thank you. Although I feel like it might be the weakest coaster at my park. That may be partially on account of my newest one which I will show in my next update which should be very soon.
Tomahawk? I think it has a cool ring to it amazing coaster btw.
Also may I suggest that you cover the log flume with a bit more scenery (i.e. some more lakes/trees)?
