I made a last minute decision last night to go to Fuji Q today, specifically to ride Eejanaika, which was ****ing closed!
Anyway, I was surprised to see a new 59 meter Chair-O-Planes ride, called Tekkotsu Bancho, testing, ready to open on Saturday. Some pictures:
At the end of the day it was testing with a few people on it, I'm guessing staff, so looks like it's all good to go.
Also, Haunted Hospital has been closed for 3 weeks, due to open again on Saturday, too. Obviously, not a lot can be done in that time, but the park seems to be advertising something new happening.

New poster going up today:
Weird! As I've been typing this, the Fuji Q website has totally changed.

I noticed this one yesterday: http://www.fujiq.jp/meikyu/index.html
Seems that there have been a series of videos running from early June. Can't understand them (will get someone to have a look for me later), but seems that the staff are getting some "training."
Monday is a national holiday here, so I guess they're expecting a busy weekend, and I chose a **** day to go! I'm leaving on Monday though, and no way I'm going near that place on a weekend.
Oh, and they've finally sorted out their English website:
