New Maurer Spinner Opens In Harbin, China.

This is a little ride many won't have heard of or care about But you should because it's in Harbin.
Home of one of the most incredible places I've ever been. The Harbin Ice Festival.

However on topic. a small indoor park called Eontime World has just finished building an indoor Maurer Spinner called Dragon Flight.

The ride appears to be a heavily modified SC2000 from Maurer with a dark ride section and a extra couple of track sections..

Maurer Spinners are some of my favourite family coasters so I'd love to get back and ride this one day.

The park hasn’t exactly lived up to the rather fantastic artwork and looks less like Lotte World and more like one of the FEC’s you find in Dubai.

I'm surprised that Nadroj and Taylor aren't all over this ****.
Would be nice to see a MS dark spinner really done right, even though Laff Trak isn't bad.

Interesting they went with a Permanent Park Model with piers instead of the Base Frame Park Model Xtended SC-2000. Guess this would make it the Rev. 5.

Oh Harbin. I really want to go to the ice festival, but really want the creds and they're not open at that time of year, except, presumably, this one.

Such a dilemma.
