Time for the annual "doesn't Christmas arrive earlier each year" topic ;)

Got our first bit of Christmas ****e today in the form of "Christmas Pringles".

Excellent... Anyone else want an OAP moan about it? :)

I've been seeing Christmas stuff being set up the week before Halloween. It's pretty much overshadowed Thanksgiving entirely.

I think the only store that's allowed to get away with it is Branson's in Frankenmuth. They're a year round Christmas store.

The store I work at started stocking Christmas stuff on October 30th.

Skipping over thanksgiving really annoys the **** out of me, for one reason. It's the best ****ing holiday! no holiday is better than one where you get to eat and sleep! **** yeah!

I don't mind seeing Christmas stuff in shops, I don't have to buy it.

What annoys me is Starbucks. Not their christmas drinks (Peppermint mocha <3), but they already have irritating christmas music.

Morrisons Milton Keynes has had a Christmas aisle out since mid-August, which irritates. Th Christmas adverts started late-October, which irritates. A man was putting out his Xmas decorations the other day as I was walking home from school, which irritates.

As everyone knows, I hate Christmas with a severe vengeance, so to see it months in advance just...well...irritates.

I went shopping in town today and was treated to the first Christmas tunes of the year, add to that all the shopping mall decorations and general crap Christmas temp staff and cheap 'gadget' tat popping up in every store, I'd say the Christmas season is firmly in season.

Fun Fact: Tim Burtons inspiration for The Nightmare Before Christmas was the fact that he saw some shops taking down Halloween decorations and immediately replacing them with Christmas ones. Yhhhhh.

I was in town last weekend and already they're putting up the Christmas lights! Christmas lights! In November! It gets earlier every year! And these young 'uns don't appreciate it these days, with their Playboxes and their X-stations. We were grateful for what we had, which wasn't much mind, not like the kids nowadays.

I bought a kettle from Winchester's Argos last week and they had Christmas tunes playing. A couple fo the empty shops in town are now opening as Christmas shops. Yeah, I'm enjoying it.

In early December, I go to town Xmas shopping, which is shop-pub-shop-pub-shop-pub-pub-pub-shop etc. I can only bear the crowds when I'm pissed...plus I love the German market! I'll let you know when I'm doing it if you're interested. (And return the jump leads with a thank you bottle of Vodka <3)

Yesss definitely, and the German market!!! <3

Jah, it's a krout market in Southampton, UK. I hate shopping at the best of times, so there's no way I'd head to Germaina for a marche!

Virgin 1 has had Christmas Sponsorship since late October and Bay View Shopping Centre in Colwyn Bay, North Wales has already got Christmas Lights up and on and Cheshire Oaks, Chester Is switching them on Tomorrow.:x :x

But for Me it isn't Christmas until the Christmas Coke ads come on TV.
