so - nice easy question - are you the sort who aims to ride every big apple and go gator out there, or do you consider anything less than a tivoli to be "beneath you"?

I count pretty much anything: powered, bobsled coasters, mobius as 2, big apples, even permanent relocations, so ride what I can.

I draw the line at actually riding most kiddie creds though, unless I'm in a group. For example I didn't get the Isle of Wight or Teignmouth creds due to sheer embarassment...

If I had the money I'd probably be the top one, but I've definitely been known to drive hours for a Big Apple <3

If it's there.. I'll ride it. I don't go out of my way to pick up credits. In fact, I've been in parks and skipped credits. Just a number tbh.

I don't go out my way to ride them, if I pass one or go to a Park that have one I've not been on, I'll ride it then.

There needs to be an option for TPR whore! They travelled either 4 hours or 400 miles (cant remember which) for a Pinfari in Australia! Thats dedication...

Anyway, I'd consider myself a whore, but I dont really go out of my way for kiddie creds.

If its there I will ride it but won't go just for a kiddy cred. There is one about 30 mins away that I've never bothered with.

I don't even know my own count nor do I even care enough to figure it out. If I'm with CF I'll go on a kiddy coaster to piss about but that's about it.

Not that much actually. To be honest, I don't really care about my coaster count.

People who drive hours for a kiddie coaster are just pathetic IMO.

Thing is though if you and Ben did not do it we would miss out on the trip reports. I actually love the fact you can and you do go to get them.

my answer was somewhere between "would maybe ride if I was there" and "would maybe take a detour" - in both cases it would depend on the coaster itself (wouldn't do it for a go gator, might for a mini apple or pinfari mini mega)

It's mainly the case of 'if it's at a park I'm in, I'll ride it'. And even then, that's only if I have the time really, I'm not mad over credit whoring, in fact I can't remember the last time I've took count of it. :?

I'd take a small detour for a coaster!

There have been times where I've skipped creds in parks though. The only time I can think of after I became an enthusiast that I consciously skipped creds was at La Ronde. I was NOT waiting two and a half hours in 110° weather for the shat Toboggan Nordique or whatever it was.

I've gooned out many times and driven hours for a solitary Big Apple, but those days are probably past me now.

I'm somewhere between the latter two...probably would ride it if it was in my back yard but it would still be lame in my mind and definitely not worth the ride in a park. I don't count them as credits anyway...so no skin off my nose :-\

I'm not even close to a coaster whore, I map out exactly which credits I do and don't want. I dont think i would waste time, gas, or money to ride a small coaster.
