Friends / family discounts for Alton towers with MAP

My Dad rang me before saying he would really like to go on Air now it has VR. I am the only one out of my friends who owns a Merlin Pass, I'm sure I have read somewhere that I can get friends / family discounts on park entry. Is this true, if so how do I go about it?

It is true, you get 50% off, you have to call the booking line. The number is on Alton Towers website. Hope that helps.

Can you get 50% discount with a regular AP? I was told you can only get the 50% with a premium annual pass?

Looks like it's a flat £25 (£20 children) for all Annual Passholders.
