Today's Match is # 7 of the Europe Wood Bracket.


1- Balder, Liseberg

very close - both look similar rides, but balder has a few more airtime hills.

Been on troy, and loved it - but because of those hills, balder just pips it!
 
This is seriously tough because you have an Intamin woodie, and then a GCI, but for me I've only been on one Intamin woodie, which was exceptional, though I've always thought Balder looked a bit meh. Then you have the GCI's, and I've only been on two, but one was completely blegh and the other one was great, so how do you really judge?

In the end, I have no doubt in my mind that Balder has fantastic airtime, but I think Troy has the whole package.. Balder is just turn, hill, turn, hill.
 
Troy for two reasons.

1. Balder is a bit turn, hill, turn, hill... and if the hills are anything like the usual violent and undignified airtime of similar Intamin rides... ugh.

2. I'm riding Troy. I'm not riding Balder. So, I want it to win :p
 
Balder = Meh
Troy = remake of Fred Church Bobs rides.

Troy by a long shot! :)
