Eurofighter lift hill brushes?

Kind of curious as to what the brushes are, seen on Eurofighter lift hills.

To remove bits of the train so they don't hit people?

Tbh I thought they might be for anti static or something like that?

Static is probably a good wager. I know Intamin trains have those little tabs hanging off of the back wheel bogey and touching the road rail. It could also be a remover of excess grease, but the first is more likely in my opinion.
