Simple question. Do you eat in between meals? Is so what and how much.
I'm really weird with my meals. I have breakfast and then never feel hungry at lunch. I might have a bag of crisps but not much.
It's usually after dinner I get really hungry. Even if I get filled up eating my dinner and can't finish it all I always get really hungry after.
I've already gone through all my chocolates that I got for xmas (which was loads) and right now I'm eating a Mince Pie and a Babybel. I know they sound random but it's just whatever I can grab from the cupboard.
 
Depends.

If I get stressed I hit the chocolate bars, this can change from 1 a day to 4.

If I am not stressed I just smoke and do not need to snack.
 
Yes!

I eat under my daily calorific content at meal times. I make it up by snacking on fruit during the day to keep my energy levels lifted.

In the evening, I will snack on low calorie fruit and veg.

Unless there are pringles or cheese. Then everything goes to pot - but my daily routine is good.

Light cereal breakfast, apple about two hours later. Light lunch (usually ham salad sandwich), Then during the afternoon I'll have three portions of fruit (usually a banana, another larger fruit (like an orange, peach, etc - or two smaller fruits like plums) and either two smaller fruit or a portion of berries. If I'm still hungry before work finishes, I keep a yoghurt in the fridge. Eating it depends on time and hunger though.

Normal kind of dinner and then usually two "portions" of fruit and/or veg in the evening (Usually an orange and carrots/celery/beetroot/all together in a salad.

So yes, I eat a lot between meals. Weekends and holidays - anything goes :)

Weetabix in the moring for breakfast.

Hola Hoops mid-morning. Or something similar other days.

I just ate 3/4 a bag of jelly babies. Thats about 140 grams of sugar in a few minutes. Lovely. That was my lunch. But change that out for Jam on Toast for other days.

I will probally eat a few more packets of crisps today. Then a can of coke.

Probally have a plate of sausages for dinner. Could be burgers, bacon, beans or chips/fries for other days. Depends what I feel like I suppose.

Then more crisps/cake.

End the day with a pint of milk.

Thats about an average day. You'd wonder how Im still as skinny as a rake and tired most of the time. Mind you I dont stop walking about so I probally burn it off. Parks fairly oftern probaly count toward excersize.
 
I only eat when I'm hungry. If stomach growls at me like these "animal spirits" kitsune keeps banging on about - then I murder it with a nice selection of fruits from the fruit bowl.

At chrimbo I treat myself to choccies and trifle, but usually outside of meals I do not snack unless tres hungry.
 
Depending on how I'm feeling.. but it usually isn't something which is too fattening.
 
Good to see A-Kid eats a healthy, balanced diet - the kind that stops mood swings and calms you down due to levelling out your blood sugars! :lol:

(It's actually a better diet than I had at his age :D )
 
I always eat breakfast and lunch, but since starting Uni last September and due to random times of seminars/class, my lunch might be as late as 6pm, which isn't that good. Nowadays I quite rarely eat a "proper warm meal" after that, a ka dinner, just bread, yoghurt, fruit etc. I snack randomly throughout the day, with some fruit, mainly banana,apple, kiwi and often chocolate, cookie, hotdog, well pretty much whatever really. :lol:
 
Yeah I snack allot between meals. It's mainly all junk food and I keep promising myself to go on a diet but I just can't do it. Luckily every time I noticeable put on some weight I just go to the gym and work it all off.
 
Yes, an awful lot!

It usually just depends what I can get my hands on, but I normally have a snack at break-time (11ish) when I start to get hungry again (breakfast is about 7ish), then a medium sized lunch (1-2ish) then a full meal in the evening and snacks after that. If I have any free-periods during the day you can guarantee I'll have something then, regardless of time.

Thankfully I can keep it all under control, I like eating and I'm in fairly good shape, so I see no reason to stop!
 
Kind of, but I don't really have big meals... I just eat loads of small meals throughout the day. Mainly because 'breakfast' is at about 1pm usually!
 
^I'm the same. I eat total crap most the time apart from dinner and I'm still underweight. It's just everyone has different metabolism rates.
 
^I used to have a good metabolism. Bye, metabolism....

My snacking comes and goes, but it generally is my downfall. It eat reasonably well (most of the time) at mealtimes, but snacking stuffs it all up! Quite often i'll tend to have a drink rather than a snack, but typically it ends up being something sugary, which again is bad for me! Yeah, i'm a sucker for snacking, in whatever form.
