On Sunday 24th October I’m doing the BUPA Great South Run in Portsmouth in aid of CAFOD. The Great South Run is Europe’s biggest 10 Mile Race with 23,000 runners expected.
My anticipated finish time is around an 1¼ hour. (Based on my previous 5km & 10km Race times)
