Blue Fire LSM Explosion

This isn't THAT recent but I came across this video on youtube:-

It appears as if one of the LSMs exploded during the launch, causing a rollback. I haven't seen this talked about, so I presume the coaster has been sorted out since.

Yeah, well I thought it would attract some attention to the thread. It's not quite clickbait though, it's just no where near as serious as it sounds.

But it still begs the question of how did it happen? And how often do these LSM launch coasters have rollbacks bar when they test?

I have no idea how many times I've seen Maverick rollback this year. And then the Magnetic brakes after the 2nd launch seem to be off because the launch was too slow. I was surprised.
