Best themed Hyper Coaster?

I'm not talking particularly about the station and queue lines (many are generally well themed in those areas) but more towards the theming of the layout.

Hypers are notoriously hard to theme due to their sheer size and most are generally laid out over grass/concrete or dirt.

Is there one that stands out to you as being moderately or even well themed?
 
I can't think of any that are actually themed at all apart from Bizarro at SFNE, and the theming on that one is just cheap, tacky cutouts that actually detract from what is otherwise a fantastic coaster.

Possibly Shambahla? I've only seen pictures, but it seems to have at least some attempt at theming.
 
Hypers aren't designed on theme, but on thrill of the layout.

I would not call Magnum XL-200 a themed ride by any means, but I appreciate the aesthetics of its very 1989 theme.
 
Rating Bull was supposed to fly through western style buildings during the final figure 8.

However considering that didn't happen I would Say Bizarro
 
PMBO. It's themed to a caffeine and drink fuelled UK holiday resort hen/stag do. It's high, rough and will **** you all day long with absolutely no remorse until you bleed and cry for it to stop.
 
Silver Star. Theme: cars. Location: Parking Lot. Every day thousands new cars as a theme. Discussion ends here :D.
 
I dunno Millennium Force is pretty well themed to....well....the millenium....or a toaster oven....or something. :lol:
 
Shambhala probably, but it looks like that is mainly centred around the area, queue line and station. It would be quite hard to theme such as tall coaster.
 
^Shambhala has the track as the theme. The tall hills in theory paint a picture of the Himalayas, and although it kind of works, you wouldn't know unless you are told.

Anyway, I think the theming on Silver Star looks quite good, with the Mercedes F1 theme (even though I haven't been).
 
Hyde is right, If we're going by what defines a Hyper then it isn't. Cedar Point coined the phrase with the opening of Magnum XL2000 as a Rollercoaster that is over 200ft tall, doesn't invert and is powered by a lift hill.

However, there has never been a particular name given to a 'Hyper' designed layout between the Mega-Lite (100ft) and the Hyper (200-299ft) so it's just gets plonked in the hyper category. The way I tend to look at it is if looks like a hyper and rides like one then it is one.

EVERYBODY from enthusiasts to manufacturers to theme parks have their own idea of a Hyper coaster so it's an argument that will never be won.
