Hello,
As promised here is my trip report from my visit at Bakken yesterday, including photos and videos.
The little amusement park a short drive from copenhagen seems to improve every year.
This year there is two brand new attractions opening at my home park.
A Wild Mouse roller coaster from Mack Rides called 'De Vilde Mus' (translates to 'The Wild Mice') and a kiddie flat ride from Zamperla, a Kang'A'Bounce named 'Kænguru' (translates to 'Kangaroo')
There also is a new booth where you can win chocolate.
Overall i had a great day at this charming little park.
The new roller coaster is what i expected it to be, a fun family coaster, and nothing more than that.
It has some really good theming though, that fits Bakken well.
'Kænguru' is a very nice addition to the park, we couldn't help taking a few spins on it as well and it is surprisingly fun! The theming is also really neat on this one!
On to the pictures and videos.
We arrive at the park and the weather looks perfect!
Tornado! <3
This is were a Sky Roller from Gerstlauer is going to be next year.
This spinning coaster has one of the best first drops i've seen to date!
The old classic wooden rollercoaster.
The weather is still very good!
The park looks a bit empty but we were there pretty early.
One of the new rides this year, 'Kænguru' is a Zamperla Kang'A'Bounce that is surprisingly fun!
Looks shiny and new!
The ride sign.
Now, here's the thing that makes Bakken so special!
- The man on the right in this picture has always wanted to have his own ride on Bakken. Well, now it happened.
He brought a plot of land in the park and built 'Kænguru'.
The man in the suit is congratulating him on his new baby, i love this atmosphere!
The theming is pretty cool too!
Hello Intamin Mine Train.
Also new this year is the new roller coaster, 'De Vilde Mus'
It's a standard Wild Mouse model from Mack.
But it's pretty fun and perfect for families.
Ride sign.
The theming is very good!
Here's the exit for the coaster.
Taking a sneak peak inside the station, the ride didn't open until 2 pm.
One of the best flat rides in Denmark!
Tornado is testing.
Got my wristband!
Still looks pretty empty.
A new booth this year.
Chokoladehjulet translates to 'The Chocolate Wheel'
One of the restaurants, bakken style.
Brake run for the new coaster.
Looks great!
Those supports look a bit thin!
On of the many block brakes, making this coaster a capacity monster!
The lift-hill is in a tunnel as it was too loud before.
Cars for the coaster!
Still looking empty.
The Polyp.
This ride has got some new floor for this year.
Heading for the new coaster.
This should look nice at night.
Official opening ceremony in a minute!
The cars for 'De Vilde Mus'
I'm in!
Back at the brake run.
The ride experience itself was what i had expected, a fun family coaster

And then it got dark!
This ride is rocking!
'De Vilde Mus' at night.
The park was getting fairly crowded now.

That's it!
I'll end this trip report with a picture of the only (single car) Intamin Spinning Coaster in the world!
I really hope you enjoyed my trip report!
Have a nice weekend!
