5D Dark Ride for Chimelong Paradise

I was at Chimelong Paradise at the weekend and saw the construction site for something labeled as "5D Tram" to open sometime this year.

The building it's going into looks pretty big, so this seems to be a fairly major addition. I have no information other than what I could take pictures of, but I'm thinking something along the lines of a "Spiderman/Transformers" kind of ride system. Aren't they known as 5D rides?

I like the look of this, the whole modern Sci-Fi feel, I'd like to keep my eye on this.

The whole 5D thing is a bit confusing, it's down to how companies promote their products and personal preferences. The way I see it is this:

3D: Speaks for itself.
4D: Additional effects to 3D, wind, smoke, scent, water etc.
5D: Additional effects to 3D + 4D + movement of the dark ride system, like Spiderman, Transformers etc.
 
I thought the 5th dimension was the existence of alternative time lines? ;)
 
Yeah, I think the 12th D was actually death. (Well for some, it was potluck, 66% of people were killed I think) ;)
 
I'm trying to figure out where abouts in the park this is, is it near the back near Ice Age, when I went last year I remember there being a large empty plot of land there. Looks interesting!
 
Yeah, if you're going through the south gate, it's a bit further on and to the left. Basically to the left of Ice Age 4D if you're facing it, and opposite Forest Temple.
 
They're great ideas and can be built in minimal spaces. It's like the second generation of Disaster at UOR.
