Alton Towers | Unknown | Unknown Junior Coaster | 2026

CBeebies is predominantly aimed at children under 6 so realistically we aren't looking at anything that's going to directly interest people here. It'll be at the scale of the existing attractions.

Alton Towers | Unknown | Unknown Junior Coaster | 2026

Announced today somewhat randomly and publicly that they are seeking planning permission for a new coaster in CBeebies Land:

Amazing Adventures of Spider-Man at Universal Studios Japan closing January 2024

Probably a bit optimistic considering they've just been building Donkey Kong Country and ongoing refurbishment of Jurassic Park to Jurassic World! Also you'd think something as big as Pokemon would get an entire themed area which would have been spotted. The location in the park is also...

    Universal Studios Japan | Mine-Cart Madness | "Boom Coaster" {Rumour} | 2024

I wonder if the Orlando version is an exact clone...

What made you fall in love with coasters?

Interesting. But again they must have known that wasn't true at the time with Batwing so were they just relying on the public not being savvy enough at that point?

What made you fall in love with coasters?

John Wardley calls it the first in the world here but hadn't Batwing from Vekoma been open for a year at this point? According to Wiki anyway. I always thought they'd struck a deal with Six Flags to open it before Superman to get the World's First claim so a bit confused on the chronology now.

    Universal Studios Japan | Mine-Cart Madness | "Boom Coaster" {Rumour} | 2024

Astonishingly Mine Cart Madness only has a queue of 100 minutes currently whilst 6 other rides have longer waits! Don’t know what it was like this morning. Can only assume there’s a strict capacity limit on the area (within an area already limited) as opposed to it being a throughput monster.

Major Expansion Announced for Tokyo DisneySea

Good tips, thanks! Yeah i had one day at Universal so bought the 7 ride FastPass which definitely paid off as there was a thunderstorm and the entire park closed for several hours. Much less stressful though as knew in advance i could get on all the main things i wanted to and just wander round...

Major Expansion Announced for Tokyo DisneySea

I still don't fully understand how this system works tbh. You mentioned earlier how slots were released every 30 or 60 minutes. So based on that how would they run out between 10-11? Conversely you said you can pick your time which contradicts with slots being released gradually? Looking it...

Major Expansion Announced for Tokyo DisneySea

That was my point. Some parks restrict capacity so the customer experience is better.

Major Expansion Announced for Tokyo DisneySea

So what happens if you arrive at say 10am? If the passes are released every 30 mins anyway what benefit does the early arrival get you beyond a first ride? Aren't you still competing with an increasing amount of people for slots as the day goes on? What if you're in a group, is one person in...

Major Expansion Announced for Tokyo DisneySea

This seems like such a miserable way for a theme park to operate. I know Universal Osaka is similar having recently been, though nowhere near as bad as it's at least only Nintendo World that has this (plus you can either book in advance or generally get access later in the day unless it's...

Alton Towers | Unknown | Huss Top Spin | 2025

Galactica and Rita are both very popular rides as well. Rita seems more likely to be replaced one day due to the outdated tech but Galactica being retracked wouldn't be a shock. There were already strong rumours of a re-theme for it. I do share your concern with the lack of actual new...

Alton Towers | Unknown | Huss Top Spin | 2025

I think it'll get the same reception as The Hex reopening, where enthusiasts will be genuinely excited for a few days before picking apart the flaws whilst the general public will be interested for a few weeks before it quickly fades into the same level of popularity as The Blade. Not to say...

    Universal Studios Japan | Mine-Cart Madness | "Boom Coaster" {Rumour} | 2024

I wasn't going to watch but i couldn't help myself, no willpower. The theming looks out of this world!

    Universal Studios Japan | Mine-Cart Madness | "Boom Coaster" {Rumour} | 2024

At least queues will be shorter when you're there! And by shorter i mean 2 hours.

    Universal Studios Japan | Mine-Cart Madness | "Boom Coaster" {Rumour} | 2024

It has not and there has been zero information since the delay was announced. I was there last month and other than the plentiful Donkey Kong merchandise there was no indication. My suspicion is either they're waiting till after the Halloween season or they're waiting to sync up with the US...
