I am by no means an expert in the matter, but could it be 'just' something like a conference center enabling them to expand their B2B offerings?
If I look at the construction plan there seem to be some small rooms in the back-end that may be used as toilets and a maintenance/janitor room? I...
Phantasialand opened the new seating area in Mexico:
Construction work on the decorative elements that should visually separate Mexico from Klugheim advanced also. Rumour says it would contain extra seating for the restaurant, but I also see options for tucking the extended queue for Taron...
Since I naturally think high of Phantasialands masterplanning: these are the signs of the darkride the park has planned since construction started on Rookburgh.
Rookburgh got them extra hotel capacity: so they can now safely redevelop the lower two floors of the northern Matamba-wing, to cram in...
It is wise of them to add more to Avalon: the time spent in that area of the park is too little to justify the efforts they made in landscaping and theming. If there's more to do visitors might be more easily lured into the Flaming feather as wel?
If they choose to add a drop tower, I would...
To me a trail of sorts seems indeed the most likely. Klugheim and Mexico have their fair share in wander space, perhaps they want to reinforce that in Africa too. They allready started that when they added the path through the loop to the park.
On the wild side. I'm in for any mechanical ride...
I disagree. If you forget the context of the dance-festival, all that remains is something that combines art nouveau and steampunk elements in a natural setting where you'ld expect fairies to pop out of the bushes within moments. It uses a visual language that is similiar to their indoor...
^Someone made a picture of the front door window. You can indeed close them, so you can choose to have some privacy regarding the stuff you do in the tube even if there are no double beds...
the spike is fun, but that somewhat silly turn that keeps you from ariving there in one straight line is definitely more fun. There's tons of that kind of fun spread out throughout the whole layout. :p
In my idea 'Rookburgh' is thought of as the ugly industrial outer zone of the central Berlin area. It has to feel gritty and look like something you'ld rather not want to see. As Phantasialand arguably delivers above-average immersion in rather pleasant looking themes most of the time, the clash...
Distancing always seemed like bull**** to me. Especially in trains: if everyone goes the same direction, what does it matter if you pass the air your 'neighbours' were in a tid bit later? If the one in the front goes sneezing: it's on everyone anyway. :p
As the only official news we have is that 'they will demolish something': It could also be the Silverado Theatre. It's old and it's position doesn't use the space and it's surroundings to the max.
