Two go in, but one comes out?
I don't know if this question has been asked before; I'm assuming that it has, but I couldn't find a topic. Insanity Workout
Has anyone ever tried Insanity? I've been hearing a lot about it and I'm wondering if it's worth giving it a try. I'm big into working out.
