Of the ones I've ridden:
1. Mako
2. Candymonium
3. Behemoth
4. Nitro
5. Apollo's Chariot
6. Diamondback
7. Intimidator
I'm really pumped to add Goliath (SFoG), Raging Bull, and Shambhala this year, I'm sure two of those could end up being my new favorite
I'm here for the Silver Bullet love, one of my fav coaster finales, both forceful and cool with the corkscrews going in opposite directions, I'm not sure why people don't like it other than the first drop
CP is pretty incomparable and amazing, def will always be one of my favorite parks. I've only been to KI once and it was last summer. I had an amazing day and got on everything with a ton of re-rides (except Bat which was closed because of that wheel). I definitely didn't like KI's vibe as...
I've only been on 6 and they're not particularly hard to rank:
Mystic Timbers - Kings Island
White Lightning - Fun Spot Kissimmee
Lightning Racer - Hersheypark
InvadR - Busch Gardens Williamsburg
Wildcat - Hersheypark
Roar - Six Flags America
I'm excited to get Renegade, Prowler, Zambezi...
I've only been to four and I'd rank them
1. Six Flags Great Adventure - home park, amazing line up and great top 4
2. Six Flags New England - among the best top 2s, a pretty cool vibe for a Six Flags park, terrible parking lot situation, ops can make or break experience
3. Six Flags Darien Lake...
I'm pretty disappointed by all of the CP B&Ms. For dives, I've only ridden Valravn, Griffon, and Yukon. Valravn is easily my least fav of the 3. I found the 2nd half a little rattly and not very enjoyable. The first drop and views and incredible, though. It's ranked as my 8th fav coaster in...
I just got into forums this past year or so. I'm in the music industry and my social media is clogged with self-promotion. It's good to have a place where I can simply share opinions about a hobby with like minded folks.
1. Fury 325 - steeper first drop, tighter helix before the finale
2. Intimidator 305 - 1-2 more airtime hills, maybe the new intamin trains but idk if the whippy transitions would work with them, not much can be done
3. Voyage - remove midcourse altogether
4. Steel Vengeance - reprofile...
It's CCI in my book and it's not even close. Shivering Timbers is S tier, GhostRider, Legend, and Cornball are in my top 50, Raven and LoCoSuMo are just outside it, I've only ridden 10 CCIs and all have been unique and awesome
I've only ridden inverts in the states, but I have a decent collection of unique rides, I'm missing 10 operating inverts in North America and 8 of them are Batman clones. I'm sad I missed Dueling Dragons.
Montu - not the most unique layout but perfect execution and insanely forceful, has a...
Intamin Giga and a GG monster a la Voyage/Shivering Timbers. I like Fury slightly more than i305 for my #1 spot, but I'd love to see Intamin take a 3rd crack at a giga. My three fav woodies are The Voyage, RFII, and Shivering Timbers. A GG creation that takes inspiration from all 3 would be a...
