First of all, go ride Nemesis at Alton Towers. It's one of the best rollercoasters in the UK and probably (in my opinion) the best invert in Europe. Second of all, you've got to love those last two sweeping helixes on Inferno; and how they just whip you around those turns. Not so sure about it...

Galactica isn't overrated. I haven't seen many people hype it up that much.

Are you talking about the Paris version? Because there's pretty much no headbanging on the version in Walt Disney World.

Also a lot of people claim that Alton Towers has lost its magic, the last two investments have really shown Alton Towers at its best.

Personally, I think TH13TEEN could have been more of a terrain coaster to make the feeling of pursuit and urgency more apparent in the outdoor coaster section. Also remove those trims.

Okay that is more of a problem with management than the park itself. If I had my way, it'd be open till 5pm usually and 7pm/8pm in summer months tbh.

Why am I not surprised by this I really love Alton Towers but in the scenario you chose, I'd pick PortAventura World, Europa Park, Efteling or Phantasialand

Honestly, I think an RMC is exactly what Drayton Manor needs.

Worst roller coaster I think I've ever ridden is the Pinfari looping coaster in Brean. Needless to say that I won't be riding it again upon next visit.

Nemesis at Alton Towers. 2012. Aged 10. Went into it absolutely terrified simply because I'd never been on an upside down roller coaster up to that point. Couldn't stop smiling when I came off.

I second this. The only coaster from this decade to actually appear in a lot of 'Top 10 Worst Roller Coasters' lists I've seen.

Sorry to reply to all of your posts, but have you been doing your research? Alton Towers aren't allowed to build above the trees, so they have to build downwards and be a bit more creative in order to even be able to build anything good, and the fact that they still make great rides regardless...
