I read the conditions, nothing prohibitive or unusual, just normal
Docs are on the planning application page on Meath Co Co.
The Planner dealing with the case comprehensively rejected the objections.
They state they live 700 meters away.........from the entrance to the park! Probably at least a kilometer from the coasters.
Load of nonsense and I expect this to be approved but probably won't open until 2022 now.
If they are looking for a payout (wouldn't be too much of a stretch to imagine)...
The owner has said if the park receives permission for the new coasters they will immediately seek permission for a new hotel. It will be smaller than previously planned with 175 rooms (maybe can be added to over time?) but will still be a wooden hotel...
Ah who cares. I know it's hard to visualize on plans but this is gonna be awesome when all said and done :D Really excited. Where to next?
It's just fun seeing a small park expanding and doing well off it's own bat. The owner seems like a really nice down to earth guy who just wants to provide...

It's exactly same length actually. Just re-orientated.
New plan for 2 rollercoasters submitted for permission. Same height as before. Some noise reduction measures have been added and they have altered the design somewhat I think. I'll add more tomorrow.
The STC will be same height as the woody (31m) and involves major theming too by the looks of...

Permission REFUSED for the two new rollercoasters.

Devastating blow for the park.
What will they do now?
A new rollercoaster project elsewhere in the park, try realigning the coasters on the same site? It would have...
The new rollercoasters planning permission (which was appealed by some local residents) is due to be decided during the start of next month. In the picture of the "sky glider" above the new coasters will be located in that large green area on the left with bridges over the small river that...
Just had another look at the video above - what is that at 1:15 in the distance?
Looks like they are doing something with the other wooden structure that use to be part of the zipline?
Looks like tracks of some sort?
