Tried it when I was 12 and walking to school one morning. Nearly got expelled for it when an older student reported me. Experimented with it occasionally through my teens until I smoked lethal amounts and whited out. Spent 2 hours lying on my floor with the room spinning, was sick everytime I...
I think it's got quite a few good songs on. Admittedly nothing is as good as "Venus in furs" but Heroin, All tomorow's parties, Femme Fatale are all great tracks...despite Nico's disturbingly masculine tones.
A few things I've been listening to of late. I highly recomend the first one. It's an absoloutely stunning composition.

Oasis - Who Feels Love
One of their most underrated songs and definately my favourite. Really beautiful melodies and harmonies.
I tried to get tickets and failed miserably so I'm holding out for the world tour. Have you heard Ian Brown's solo stuff. "Music of the spheres" is a good album. Anyway I'm going to see Carl Barat at the Electric Ballroom in Camden on Nov 11th
That's a nice story Grandpa. . It's strange imagining a time before the Internet. I remember bulky old CRT monitors and using Windows 95 at primary school. Such huge technological advances in such a short space of time.
Pride and Prejudice by Jane Austen. Just finished Dombey and Son by Charles Dickens and before that Leo Tolstoy's War and Peace. Really enjoy reading the old classics.
I actually really enjoyed Dombey and Son. I wrote a song about it which I will be uploading soon. Probably my favourite Dickens...

I really like this band but this is the stand out song. For fans of The Ramones, Best Coast and The Beach Boys. A really nice, breezy melody.
I've been listening to a lot Angels & Airwaves and also Paramore because I'm seeing them in December :P
A&A are awesome and really under rated. Tom Delonge actually has quiet a talent and can do serious music pretty well. I'll always prefer Blink 182 for the light hearted but A&A have some...
With the rerelease of The Beatles albums I have recently gotten really into them again. I have been a huge fan all my life. At the moment my favourite song is George Harrison's Within You Without You from Sgt. Pepper.
I got the new Muse album yesterday. I am not sure wether I'm to impressed...
